  ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING EXPERIENCE
    • Plan, organize and conduct environmental investigations for private clients and government agencies. Develop budgets, and prepare and maintain schedules. Supervise and coordinate task teams on multi-task RI/FS field investigations. Prepare field sampling plans, and health and safety plans. Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors (e.g. laboratories, subsurface soil drilling companies).
    • Conduct Phase I and II assessments, PA/SIs, RI/FSs at EPA and DOD CERCLA sites, modified RFI at a DOD RCRA EOD facility, enhanced EA for EPA and environmental compliance investigations at DOE sites. Contaminants have included: solvents, PCBs, TPH, metals, cyanide, methane, fungicides, pesticides, explosives and military chemical compounds.  
    • Supervise and interpret hydrogeologic tests, geophysical surveys and soil gas surveys. Design, supervise and inspect the installation of wells (monitoring, injection and extraction). Collect subsurface soil samples and log soil borings. Assess site characterization and determine the extent of groundwater contamination at hazardous waste sites. Analyze and interpret chemical, geophysical, geological and hydrological data, and report on the results.
