    Job Assignment: Project Manager
Project Tasks: Phase I Assessments (site inspections and the collection of samples for lead-based paint, radon and asbestos) for the ICF KE Colorado office.
Supervised: Two employees.
Managerial Duties: Develop budgets and prepare schedules.
Prepare questionnaire and checklists for the project teams.
Solicit bids from title search and environmental data base search firms.
Instruct teams on procedures and the preparation of reports.
Review draft and final reports, then send reports to client.
Budget: Each project was about $3,000.
 
Cucharas River Valley, Cuchara, CO (Enhanced Environmental Assessment for US EPA)
    Job Assignment: Project Manager
Project Tasks: Subsurface and surface soil sampling, soil percolation testing, surface water sampling and residential well sampling.
Supervised: Three employees and one subcontractor company.
Managerial Duties: Manage project and supervise field operations.
Prepare the Work Plan, Field Sampling Plan, Quality Assurance Plan and Health and Safety Plan.
Develop budget and prepare schedule.
Solicit bids from laboratories and drilling companies.
Determine daily assignments.
Follow EPA QA standards for the project.
Prepare the draft report of the findings to the EPA.
Budget: Overall project was between $50,000 and $75,000.
 
Florida DOT, I-95 and Davie Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL
    Job Assignment: Manage Field Operations
Project Tasks: Surveying a sampling grid, soil gas/vapor study, subsurface soil sampling, monitoring well installation, groundwater sampling and aquifer slug tests.
Supervised: Two employees and one subcontractor company.
Managerial Duties: Manage field investigation to assess extent of petroleum contamination.
Budget: Overall project was between $15,000 and $20,000.
 
Solvent Savers NPL Site, Lincklaen, NY (US EPA REM III contract)
    Job Assignment: Manage Field Operations (Field Operations Lead)
Project Tasks: Magnetometer survey, soil gas survey, wetlands delineation survey, surface water and sediment sampling, monitoring well construction, aquifer pump test, groundwater sampling, excavation of drums and on-site prescreening analysis of samples.
Supervised: Eight employees along with three subcontractor companies, during nine overlapping tasks.
Managerial Duties: Prepared conceptual field plan and gave presentation to the EPA explaining rationale behind the plan.
Responsible for the mobilization and obtaining the equipment necessary to complete the assignment.
Determine daily assignments.
Follow EPA QA standards for the project.
Brief local emergency response agencies.
Prepare weekly sampling and progress reports.
Budget: Overall project was about $1.9 million.
 
SunarHauserman, Cleveland, OH (Corporate client)
    Job Assignment: Manage Field Operations
Project Tasks: subsurface soil sampling, monitoring well installation, surveying of wells and groundwater sampling.
Supervised: four employees and one subcontractor company.
Managerial Duties: Phase II Assessment field investigation to assess extent of hazardous contamination.
Determine daily assignments.
Budget: Overall project was about $20,000.
 
US Air Force, Holloman Air Force Base, 20,000-pound EOD Facility, Alamogordo, NM
    Job Assignment: Project Manager
Project Tasks: Subsurface and surface soil sampling, aquifer slug tests and groundwater sampling. Prepare and sent the report, along with other deliverables to the client.
Supervised: One employee and two subcontractor companies.
Managerial Duties: Manage project and supervise field operations in a study to determine if contamination had occurred by detonating explosives at military RCRA facility.
Develop budget and prepare schedule.
Prepare the Work Plan, Field Sampling Plan, Site Safety and Health Plan, and Quality Assurance Plan.
Solicit bids from laboratories, drilling companies and surveying companies.
Determine daily assignments.
Brief and prepare reports for the client.
Budget: Overall project was about $168,000.
 
Waldick Aerospace NPL Site, Wall Township, NJ (US EPA REM III contract)
    Job Assignment: Manage field operations (Also acting Project Manager in the interim until ICF KE could find appropriate replacements for this position)
Project Tasks: Surface water and sediment sampling, monitoring well construction and groundwater sampling.
Supervised: Five employees and one subcontractor company.
Managerial Duties: Responsible for mobilization and demobilization, and obtaining the equipment necessary to complete the assignment.
Determine daily assignments.
Follow EPA QA standards for the project.
Prepare weekly reports to the US EPA.
Budget: Overall project was about $900,000.
     
     
    Develop New Business - Prepare responses to RFPs and RFQs in proposal and 254/255 formats. Create marketing brochures and SOQs. Prepare and implement marketing plans. Met with potential clients.
